Why do you focus so heavily on premium raw materials?
Most commercial purifiers rely heavily on lightweight plastic storage tanks and sealed, proprietary filter blocks. When hard water from shifting borewells or tankers sits in plastic, it triggers bacterial biofilm and alters the water's crisp taste.
Krysto is built like a tank. We utilize 100% Food-Grade 304 Stainless Steel storage, heavy-duty booster pumps, and thick, ultra-premium opaque cabinets. We don't build cheap machines that lead to frequent service calls; we build assets that protect your family's health for a decade.
How do you handle the unpredictable water changes in our communities?
Mass-market brands ship a standard, one-size-fits-all boxed product. But in large gated communities across West Hyderabad, your water changes daily between municipal lines, deep borewells, and private tankers.
Krysto treats water locally. Our technicians test your specific water line during installation and calibrate the RO membrane and flow restrictor on-site. Furthermore, we explicitly reject manual 'TDS controllers' that bleed raw, unpurified water back into your tank. Instead, we use dedicated mineral cartridges to enrich completely pure water naturally.
What happens if my machine requires maintenance down the line?
When you call a mega-corporation, you are stuck dealing with automated app menus and distant call centers. With Krysto, you have a direct line to our local technical team.
To prove our commitment, every Krysto purifier comes with a 2-Year Unconditional AMC included free. If a sudden mineral spike chokes a filter or a voltage fluctuation impacts a component, we replace it entirely on our budget.
